V H Pipes Pt 2
I installed the new pipes this afternoon. Quick easy bolt-on install and everything fits nicely. The worst part was wrapping them. I do not recommend 1" exhaust wrap. Its so damn skinny and requires so much overlap that youll probably run out before your pipes are done. Plus, because its so skinny, its a pain to get coverage around bends. Ive used 2" a couple times before, and thought 1" might be less painful to work with. Its not; its more painful.
The ends of the exhaust are scotchbrited as per my original plan.
